Sunrise Estates Well 4

The Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is seeking bids for the drilling, construction, development, and testing of the Sunrise Estates Well 04. The well will be a 10.75-inch diameter, 0.250-inch wall well made of 304L stainless steel casing and screen, with an estimated total depth of 250 feet. The project includes screening from 135 feet to 190 feet and 200 feet to 240 feet with a SiLibead gravel pack. The Engineer's estimate for the project is between $504,000 and $616,000. • The project requires all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the drilling, construction, development, and testing of the well. • The well will be drilled using the dual rotary air reverse drilling method. • The project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. • Bids must be submitted electronically via NGEM, and partial bids will not be accepted.
