RFQ for Hotel Rooms, Catering and Reception Hall

The United States Naval Academy is seeking a hotel to provide accommodations for 100 guests for a three-night period, with 65% occupancy guaranteed. The hotel must be located in Annapolis, Maryland, or within a 15-minute drive from the Naval Academy. The hotel will be required to provide a registration area, welcome reception, breakfast, and parking for guests. The reception should include beverages, cash bar, and hors d'oeuvres. The hotel must also provide a suitable location for registration tables and a visitor welcoming center. • Provide lodging for 100 guests in single occupancy rooms for three nights • Provide a registration area in the lobby for visitor check-in • Host a welcome reception with beverages, cash bar, and hors d'oeuvres • Provide breakfast for all COI guests registered at the hotel • Provide parking for guests and up to 15 Admissions personnel • Provide courtesy shuttle service for guests to and from downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy
