Commercial Meals NV Army National Guard in Carson City and Hawthorne Sept 2025

The Nevada Army National Guard requires commercial boxed meals delivered for annual training exercise support during September 8-21, 2025, in both Carson City and Hawthorne, Nevada. The contractor will provide meals for the 150th Support Maintenance Company. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must provide a proposed menu for each meal. The government may use past performance to determine awardee selection if necessary. • The contractor must be in the primary business of or have agreements with entities in the primary business of catering services. • The contractor must provide pricing on the attached Pricing Sheet. • The contractor must submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their quotes. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
