The contractor shall furnish White Alkyd Extrude Thermoplastic package 40/50 pound poly bags shrink wrapped and palletized to be delivered to 909 Hollowell Lane, Chesapeake, VA 23320. The product will meet the most recent revision of VDOT Road & Bridge Specifications Section 246.03 (c). The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the grand total of the pricing schedule. * The contractor must provide the estimated lead time for delivery. * The contractor must certify compliance with immigration laws and regulations. * The contractor must provide a certification of compliance with the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD). * The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. * The contractor must provide a pricing schedule that includes all delivery charges. * The contractor must meet the requirements of the City's Procurement Ordinance and Chesapeake Purchasing Policies and Procedures Manual.
