SV26.2 Refrigerated Vehicles

The U.S. Army is seeking to rent two 20-foot refrigerated vehicles for mobile cold-chain support at field feeding sites in Peru. The vehicles must be capable of maintaining the required temperatures and be equipped with standard safety equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing the vehicles, as well as picking up perishable items in Tarapoto, Peru, and transporting them to Sauce, Peru. The period of performance will be from 4 September 2026 to 18 September 2026. • The contractor must provide proof of equipment specifications and a maintenance plan. • The contractor must have Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a quote that includes all costs and fees associated with the rental of the vehicles.
