Description
The Newark Board of Education is seeking a vendor to supply multipurpose paper (8½ × 11 in, 20 lb, 92 Bright) to roughly 70 schools and administrative sites throughout Newark, NJ for a two‑year period (July 1 2026 – June 30 2028). The contract is unrestricted, requires no bid or performance bonds, and will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Vendors may propose the specified WB Mason brand or an equivalent product that meets all characteristics, provided a free sample is submitted with the bid. Delivery must be FOB Destination, inside delivery, freight prepaid, within 10 business days of order receipt, and packaging must prevent curling. Extensive compliance documentation (ownership, political contributions, certifications, insurance, EEOC, background checks, etc.) must be uploaded electronically.
