The City of Gretna is seeking a qualified contractor to modernize the single hydraulic passenger elevator serving City Hall. The scope includes complete engineering, removal of existing equipment, installation of a new hydraulic power unit, updated control systems, door operators, interior finishes, and associated safety devices. The contractor must also provide interim, warranty (12‑month), and ongoing preventive maintenance for a five‑year period, and supply all required sub‑contracts, insurance, and documentation.
