The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a delivery order to Matheson Tri-Gas Inc. for the delivery of bulk oxygen, rental of the main and backup tank, Telemetry, Certificate of Analysis (COA) upon delivery, and Portal Admin fee. The VA is soliciting from a single source due to unusual circumstances and urgency. The main and backup oxygen tanks are currently located adjacent to a construction project and have limited access. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
