Austrian-American Partnership Fund (AAPF)

The Austrian-American Partnership Fund (AAPF) is a grant program that aims to fund projects that advance collaboration and dialogue between Austria and the United States. The program focuses on four priority areas: promoting understanding of U.S. global foreign policy and economic priorities, strengthening U.S.-Austria efforts to combat transnational threats, enhancing understanding of the United States and U.S.-Austrian shared history, and highlighting American technological and scientific innovation. Proposals will be considered on a rolling basis, and the selection process can take up to two to three months. Eligible applicants include not-for-profit organizations, public and private educational institutions, and individuals. Key aspects of the program include: • Promoting U.S. global foreign policy and economic priorities among Austrian publics • Combating transnational threats such as terrorism and drug trafficking • Enhancing understanding of U.S.-Austrian shared history and culture • Highlighting American technological and scientific innovation
