Public Works Minor Construction Projects Less Than $7,500,000.00

Seminole County is seeking five contractors to perform minor construction projects valued at less than $7,500,000 for the Public Works Department. The contract will be for a three-year period and may be extended for two additional one-year periods. Bidders must be Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) prequalified in working classes 7, 10, and 11, and prime contractors or utilized subcontractors must be FDOT prequalified in work class 40.
