Prequalification - Annual Contract Minor Construction Svs

Palm Beach County is seeking qualified contractors for an Annual Contract to provide minor construction services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of up to 5 years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $15,000,000. The work will include refurbishment, renewal, and renovations in public buildings throughout the County. To be considered, contractors must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience and have successfully completed construction projects meeting certain requirements. • The firm must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant business experience. • The firm successfully completed a minimum of $300,000 Minor Construction Services construction projects completed per year for each of the previous 3 years. • The firm has included an itemization of this work on the Qualification Application question # 23 - Work History. • The firm must have adequate financial stability and resources to execute the work that may be awarded under the Annual Contract. • The firm must possess a valid certified or registered building contractor’s license, a valid certified or registered general contractor’s license (CGC) for a minimum of five (5) years in Florida.
