Administrative, Educational Consultants, & Professional Development Services

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide administrative, educational consulting, and professional development services. The scope of work includes consulting services for administrative, academic, or educational purposes, such as academic facilities, E-rate, technology, parent involvement, financial, statistical, special education, public affairs, administration, operational, fine arts, and other services deemed appropriate. The contract term will be from the date of award for one year, with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms until October 31, 2027. Key points to consider: • The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via email. • Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from CFBISD. • The commodities solicited in this request are for consulting services for administrative, academic, or educational purposes. • The District employs approximately 3,500 full-time equivalent staff annually, and the General Fund operating budget for the 2022-2023 school year is approximately $37,643,702.
