Fundraising Services and Products

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Fundraising Services and Products. The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via email. The term of the contract will be from the date of award through September 30, 2027. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The scope of work includes providing fundraising services and products to the district. • The district employs approximately 3,500 full-time equivalent staff annually and has a General Fund operating budget of approximately $37,643,702 for the 2022-2023 school year. • The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality or irregularity. • The awarded vendors will be made available to all campuses, clubs, and other activity groups seeking to raise funds within CFBISD. • Invoices shall be submitted separately for each purchase order, and payment shall not be due until all items on the purchase order have been received by CFBISD.
