Eggs Shell Fresh FY2025 Q3

The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking to purchase eggs, shell, whole, fresh, U.S. Grade A, medium, 30 dozen per case. The contract will be for a period of 89 days, from April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025. The contractor will be required to deliver the eggs on a weekly basis, every Monday, except for holidays, in which case the delivery will be made on the following business day. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and security. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the eggs. • The contractor must deliver the eggs to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Forrest City, 1301 Dale Bumpers, Forrest City, AR 72335. • The contractor must comply with all applicable security requirements, including those related to the protection of sensitive information. • The contractor must provide a report to the Contracting Officer identifying the type, amount, and level of sensitivity of the information processed, stored, or transmitted under the contract.
