Window Washing Services

The City of Iowa City is soliciting bids from vendors capable of providing Window Washing Services. The services will include washing windows, glass doors, and other glass surfaces at various City facilities, including City Hall, parking ramps, recreation centers, and other buildings. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work. • The City has a no-contact policy, and vendors should not contact any City representative other than the designated contact person. • Vendors must submit their bids online via Ion Wave, and faxed, emailed, or hard copies of bids will not be accepted. • The City reserves the right to award the contract to more than one vendor. • The contract will include provisions for payment, contract modifications, and termination. • Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The City is an equal opportunity employer and encourages minority and women-owned businesses to participate in the bidding process.
