Sierra Leone - Resettlement for Transmission Design (Design Package 1)

The Millennium Challenge Account – Sierra Leone is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide resettlement and transmission design services (Design Package 1) for the Transmission Backbone Project. The contract includes an 18‑month base period for project preparation with an optional 6‑month extension for RAP implementation.
