The Millennium Challenge Account – Belize is seeking a qualified Employer’s Representative to provide independent technical, commercial, contractual, environmental, and project‑management services for a submarine transmission cable system under an Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) contract. The consultant will be involved throughout the design, manufacturing, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty phases, ensuring that the project meets its performance, cost, and schedule objectives.
