Natural Gas

The City of Nashua is seeking proposals from qualified private firms to provide competitive natural gas supply to the Liberty Utility accounts. The selected firm must be lawfully engaged as a registered Competitive Natural Gas Supplier with the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission. The City requires firm, all requirements (load following) service, and requests two contracts, one for the accounts listed under "City" and another for the accounts listed under "Schools" in Attachment A. • The contract start date is December 1, 2026, for both City and School natural gas meters. • The City requests pricing for 12, 24, and 36 months, but suppliers may propose other periods. • The proposal should include a detailed description of the firm, its related experience, and cost proposal. • The City will evaluate proposals based on qualifications, technical approach, proposed cost, and billing and payment terms.
