Description
The Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) is seeking a qualified mover to relocate classroom, lab, and office furnishings from the Science Building at Elizabethtown Community & Technical College to the former East Hard High School in Glendale. The work must commence on May 13 2026 and be completed by May 29 2026, with all freight costs included (FOB Destination) and total contract value not to exceed $150,000. Bidders must provide per‑hour labor rates, demonstrate at least ten years of moving‑service experience, and carry the required insurance.
• Move 8 classrooms, 6 labs, 26 offices, and associated equipment (tables, chairs, desks, filing cabinets, lab gear, etc.).
• Provide all labor, equipment, and transportation; no storage services are included.
• Must attend a mandatory site‑visit window (04/16‑04/22/2026) and submit a sealed bid by 5/1/2026 4:00 PM ET.
