Industrial and Medical Gases

The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking bids from qualified providers to provide industrial and medical gases to be used by all State Agencies and Political Subdivisions throughout the State. The contract term will begin on 3/1/2026 and end on 2/28/2029, with the option to renew for up to 3 annual extensions. Bidders must provide a price list for all products, including the unit of measure, and must meet certain specifications and requirements. • The Bidder shall provide a recommended Implementation schedule timeline for the Agency. • The Bidder's cylinders used to deliver gases shall be compatible and non-reactive with the gases enclosed. • The Bidder shall be able to replace bulk tanks to ensure gas line service is uninterrupted at the request of the Agency. • Bidder's Customer Service shall respond to all inquiries from the Agency within Twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of inquiry.
