Wayne State University is seeking a vendor to provide a three‑year subscription to KnowBe4’s security awareness training platform for its Computing & Information Technology (CIT) department. The contract covers two subscription tiers—Gold and Platinum—each requiring 8,000 user seats, for a total of 16,000 seats. The vendor must deliver, activate, and maintain the training service from February 28 2023 through February 27 2026, and provide ongoing usage reporting, annual business reviews, and compliance with insurance and contractual obligations.
• Provide 8,000 Gold‑tier seats and 8,000 Platinum‑tier seats for a 3‑year term.
• Supply subscription access, activation, and support to ensure continuous training availability.
• Submit pricing for 1‑year and 3‑year unit costs, meet strict insurance requirements, and furnish monthly/quarterly usage reports.
• Maintain a strategic source agreement with optional one‑year renewals, adhere to net‑30 payment terms, and participate in annual business review meetings.
