Fireworks & Special Effects

Texas State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive fireworks, pyrotechnics, and special visual‑effects services for its athletic programs. The contractor will be responsible for planning, supplying materials, installing equipment, and operating high‑impact visual displays for football home games and other varsity events, with an emphasis on portable solutions that can be reused across multiple venues. The work covers the 2026 football season (seven home games) and continues into a second year (minimum six home games), as well as occasional volleyball, basketball, and special‑event displays. The contract includes insurance requirements, a VetHUB subcontracting plan (if the award exceeds $100 K), and standard university compliance clauses.
