Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified contractor to de‑commission six road segments (totaling 17,393 ft) within the Owhi Flats watershed, install two tank traps, and perform extensive riparian restoration. The work includes removal of culverts and non‑natural objects, re‑shaping of roadbeds, placement of straw mulch and woody debris, and implementation of erosion, sediment, and dust controls in accordance with tribal and federal BMPs. Bidders must provide detailed price break‑outs, proof of $1 M liability insurance, and demonstrate compliance with Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). Preference is given to Indian‑owned firms, but non‑Indian firms may also submit with a 5 % TERO fee.
