Budget estimate

$3,300,000 – $4,000,000

The abstract sheet shows a base bid of $3,522,843.51 plus a small alternate, indicating the contract value will be roughly $3.5 million. Including the $238,000 of allowances and potential change‑order funds, the total award could range from about $3.3 million (if allowances are not fully utilized) up to $4.0 million (if all allowances and change orders are exercised). Thus a realistic earnings estimate for the contractor is $3.3 M–$4.0 M.
