Ferric Chloride

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking bids for an annual requirements contract for Ferric Chloride chemicals. The contract will commence on January 16, 2026, and continue for a term of one year with four one-year renewal options. The successful respondent will be required to provide Ferric Chloride that meets the standards detailed in the bid document. The city reserves the right to reject all bids. • The Ferric Chloride must conform to the most current NSF 60/61 and/or ANSI/AWWA standards for water and/or wastewater chemicals. • The Ferric Chloride must be suitable for public drinking water supply and/or wastewater treatment. • The Ferric Chloride must be free from adulterants or impurities of any kind. • The successful respondent must provide a copy of the most current SDS Report for each chemical offered. • The successful respondent must comply with all regulations for tank/truck unloading as established by the US Department of Transportation.
