Campus Recreation CO2

The University of Utah is seeking a supplier to lease 2 Dewar tanks and have them refilled on a as-needed basis. The estimated weekly refill is 1,400 lbs. of CO2. The supplier must provide and lease 2 450 Liter Dewar tanks, install a telemetry system, and deliver CO2 refills to the tanks on a weekly basis. The vendor who meets these specifications and has the lowest cost on the Cost Sheet will be awarded the bid. Key aspects of the job include: • Leasing 2 Dewar tanks • Refilling the tanks on a weekly basis • Installing a telemetry system • Providing industry-standard HazMat compliance • Completing Attachment A cost sheet The contract term is for one year with four one-year renewal options, and the pricing must be firm and fixed for the first full term of one year.
