Print Edmond Connect Table Cover

The City of Edmond is seeking a vendor to print a table cover for the Edmond Connect event. The table cover should be a hemmed open-back ultrafit table cover, 6 feet long, with a full-color imprint. The vendor should provide a quoted price that includes material, set-up, imprinting, and delivery. The city will provide the artwork. The delivery deadline is three weeks (15 business days) from the delivery of artwork to the awarded vendor. • The table cover should be made of poly-stretch material. • The product should have wrinkle-resistant properties. • The vendor should be able to accept credit card payments. • The city uses a Mastercard purchasing card for order placement and payment. • The vendor should not charge a credit card convenience fee.
