Energy Management Consulting Services

The University of Minnesota is seeking energy management consulting services to provide detailed analysis of the energy markets. The selected respondent will be responsible for performing the scope of work as outlined in the proposal. The University may require oral presentations, site visits, or testing as part of the evaluation process. The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the University. • The proposal must be submitted electronically through the MBID system. • The proposal must include all required information and attachments. • The University may issue addenda to the RFP at any time. • The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The contract will be governed by the terms and conditions included in the RFP or additional negotiated terms and conditions.
