Jackson Pike A-Plant Secondary Clarifier Electrical Upgrade

The City of Columbus is accepting bids for construction services for the CIP 650245-100002 Jackson Pike A-Plant Secondary Clarifier Electrical Upgrades & Miscellaneous Improvements project. The project consists of upgrading electrical equipment and associated appurtenances responsible for the secondary treatment process. The improvements will help address corrosion and odor associated with the current process, upgrade the current equipment, and overall rehabilitate an outdated system. • The bid documents, including the Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda, will be available for review and download on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com. • A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on August 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Jackson Pike Water Reclamation Plant, Administration Building Conference Room. • The last day to submit questions will be September 2, 2026, by 5:00 PM Eastern Time. • The DBE goal for this project is 5.4%.
