The Embassy of the United States of America invites proposals for locally employed staff life insurance coverage. The successful bidder will provide life insurance coverage for local employees of the Embassy. The contract is expected to last for 5 years. The Embassy encourages offerors to provide off-the-shelf plans that meet the minimum benefit levels required in the solicitation. • The insurance coverage should include natural death and accidental death benefits. • The disability benefit is payable monthly and subject to annual verification of the insured's medical condition and disability classification. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. • The Embassy may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary.
