Sources Sought: Ultrasound System for the Kyle IHS Health Center

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is conducting market research to identify interested and capable vendors to provide an ultrasound system with installation, training, and service support for the Kyle Health Center. The system should meet the minimum salient characteristics identified in the statement of work, including a cart-based, premium radiology ultrasound platform, digital beamforming architecture, and high-resolution color monitor. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidental services necessary to provide a complete and fully operational ultrasound system. • The system must be new and non-refurbished. • The system must meet the minimum salient characteristics. • The contractor must provide installation and configuration services. • The contractor must provide on-site clinical training. • The contractor must provide warranty support and ongoing service capability. • The contractor must deliver and complete installation no later than 90 days after award. • The system must support DICOM/PACS integration.
