Library Print Materials

The West Virginia Department of Tourism - Talking Library Section requires continued access to large print, educational and research materials. These resources support internal research, program development, and informational services. The contract is for the provision of large print materials, with a justification for direct award due to demonstrated lack of competition, unique and proprietary content, operational continuity, and imminent service disruption and cost impact. The contract is expected to support agency functions, research activities, and program delivery. Key aspects of the job include: • Provision of large print materials • Support for internal research, program development, and informational services • Continuity of access to critical resources • Potential disruption to operations and significant time and financial resources required to replace or rebuild equivalent research capabilities if the contract is not awarded
