Main Pump Station Intake/Outtake Water Main Replacement Project

This project involves a comprehensive replacement of the main pump station intake and outtake water main system for the City of Northlake. The scope includes installing new 12‑inch and 16‑inch ductile‑iron water mains, auguring and jacking 24‑inch and 36‑inch steel casings, removing and replacing storm sewers, resurfacing existing hot‑mix asphalt pavement, patching, reconstructing concrete curbs and gutters, replacing sidewalks, and performing full landscape restoration. The work must comply with contract documents prepared by Christopher B. Burke Engineering Ltd and is subject to pre‑qualification requirements. • Install new ductile‑iron water mains (12” & 16”) and steel casings (24” & 36”). • Remove/replace storm sewer infrastructure and perform full pavement, curb, gutter, and sidewalk reconstruction. • Conduct landscape restoration and final site cleanup.
