The South Carolina Department of Corrections is seeking quotations for a one‑year cloud‑based solution that includes a Hosted Printers Plan and the MyOrder Desk Online storefront. The solution must support 15+ users, role‑based access, comprehensive order and production management, inventory and vendor management, apparel customization, multiple decoration methods (screen print, embroidery, DTF, patches), online ordering, file uploads, repeat orders, billing, reporting, profitability analysis, and data export. Integration via API/web services with existing ERP/procurement systems, data migration, backups, training, and technical support are required. Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead via email by the deadline.
