NOTICE TO PROPOSERSRFP-2026-04SENIOR AND LONG TERM CARE NUTRITION PROGRAM Schenectady County Senior and Long Term Care Services(SCSLTC) is seeking an entity to provide efficient and cost-effective Home Delivered Meals and operations of three Congregate Meal Sites throughout Schenectady County. These services are available to older adults in Schenectady County, age 60 and over, and the spouse of any age residing with an eligible participant, if appropriate. Services are not intended to reach every eligible participant in the community. Services are targeted to those in greatest social and economic need with particular attention to participants that are low-income, underserved and underrepresented, older adults in rural communities, older adults with limited English proficiency (LEP), and older adults at risk of institutional care. All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal” and stating Senior and Long Term Care Nutrition Program, RFP-2026-04, to the Purchasing Agent, no later than September 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be opened.
