N063--N063 Cameras Replacement

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace existing cameras and access control systems at a residential facility in Northampton, MA. The contractor will be responsible for installing new cameras, access control panels, and other equipment to provide a secure and functional system. The system should be standalone, with no internet connection, and should not require recurring subscription fees or licensing. The contractor will need to provide a turnkey solution, including all necessary hardware and software, and will be responsible for ensuring that the system is installed and functioning properly. • The facility has 4 units, each with 3 floors, and a total of 10,600 square feet. • There are currently 36 cameras and 28 access control panels in place. • The new system should include 2-4 cameras to surveil the exterior parking area, back yard, and shed. • The contractor will need to provide a rough completion plan and cost breakdown as part of their proposal. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest technically acceptable offeror.
