SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES

The Pease Development Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive snow‑removal services for all facilities within the Pease International Tradeport. The work includes plowing, shoveling, snow‑blowing, sanding, salting, emergency on‑call response, snow stacking and disposal, and a spring‑cleanup phase that must be completed by April 30 each year. The contractor must adhere to environmental protections (storm‑water plan, groundwater monitoring wells), obtain Green SnoPro and Commercial Salt Applicator certifications, and coordinate with a second contractor for shared driveways.
