The United Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional audio, visual, and lighting services for district-wide events. The scope of work includes providing all necessary equipment and labor for audio, visual, and lighting services, as well as structural set-up services. Vendors must adhere to the outlined scope of work and provide a fully itemized list of all equipment and services, including their individual costs. The term of this contract is 36 months, renewable annually, and vendors that are awarded are not guaranteed work as these services are on an “as needed” basis. Key services and equipment required include: • Audio services and equipment, such as microphones, audio cables, amplification systems, and PA speaker systems • Visual services and equipment, such as LED screens, projectors, monitors, cameras, and video switchers • Lighting services and equipment, such as LED lighting systems, up lights, effect lights, and spot lights • Structural set-up services, including rigging and labor The district requires vendors to maintain Commercial General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Comprehensive Automobile Liability insurance, with the district named as an Additional Insured.
