TR-317D and TR-353A Transducers and Spare Parts Production.

The contract calls for the design, documentation, manufacturing, testing, packaging, and delivery of both first‑article and high‑volume production transducers and associated spare parts for the TR‑317D and TR‑353A programs. The contractor must produce up to 40 first‑article units of each transducer type (if not waived), 25,000 TR‑317D production transducers, 5,500 TR‑353A production transducers, and a suite of related kits, housings, and seals as build‑to‑print items. This effort supports critical Navy sonar and acoustic sensing capabilities. • Up to 40 First‑Article TR‑317D and 40 First‑Article TR‑353A transducers (waiver possible) • Up to 25,000 TR‑317D production transducers and 5,500 TR‑353A production transducers • Up to 5,500 TR‑353A Installation Kits, 5,000 each of TR‑353A Housings, End Seals, and TR‑317D Vulcanized Body Assemblies, End Seal Assemblies, and Housing Assemblies • Full lifecycle support: design, documentation, testing, packaging, and delivery • Must meet the Critical Item Performance Specification (CIPS) for each item.
