Restorative Justice Program

The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking a qualified offeror to provide a comprehensive online curriculum and in-person instruction for restorative justice courses. The program aims to provide education and training to offenders, with the goal of reducing recidivism and promoting positive behavioral change. The offeror will be responsible for developing and delivering the curriculum, as well as providing ongoing support and evaluation. The contract term is anticipated to be 8 months, with the possibility of renewal for up to 4 additional years. • The program will be delivered in Canon City and Pueblo, Colorado. • The offeror must have experience in delivering restorative justice programs in a correctional setting. • The offeror must be able to provide a comprehensive online curriculum and in-person instruction. • The offeror must be able to provide ongoing support and evaluation. • The offeror must be able to work with the Colorado Department of Corrections to ensure the program meets the needs of the offenders.
