Procurement Card Expense Monitoring and Compliance Review Services

The City of Tempe and 1GPA are seeking a contractor to provide procurement card expense monitoring and compliance review services. The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive procurement card administration services, including expense monitoring, analysis, and reporting, as well as training and education for cardholders, approvers, and administrators. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis to 1GPA members. • The contractor will provide expense monitoring and analysis to detect irregularities and ensure policy adherence. • The contractor will provide receipt and documentation validation to ensure that transaction documentation is complete and authentic. • The contractor will provide invoice review to detect duplicate payments and other inconsistencies. • The contractor will provide fraud detection and risk mitigation services to identify and prevent fraudulent activity. • The contractor will provide training and education to cardholders, approvers, and administrators on procurement card policies and procedures. • The contractor will provide customized services to meet the unique needs of each 1GPA member.
