Replace Chairlift-FCI Loretto

The Federal Bureau of Prisons seeks a small‑business contractor to replace the existing chairlift at FCI Loretto, PA. The contractor must remove the current unit, furnish and install a new ADA‑compliant chairlift (660 lb capacity) with obstruction sensors, safety lights, emergency manual folding/lowering, safety barrier arms, and overspeed protection. All labor, materials, tools, equipment, testing, and compliance with federal, state, and local codes are required.
