Westside Commons - Event Parking Services

The Washington County is seeking bids for an up to 5-year contract for Parking Management and payment collection services for events held at Westside Commons. The contractor must have at least ten years of experience in providing parking management and collection services for large events. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary staffing, including uniforms, and comprehensive training, as well as deploying a comprehensive portable Point of Sale (POS) system specifically designed for parking sales. The contractor will also be required to provide radios and seller aprons to facilitate effective communication and organization, and ensure smooth ingress and egress of event attendees and provide seamless parking solution for both guests and staff alike. Some key requirements for the contractor include: • Providing a variety of uniforms for personnel • Ensuring all personnel have picture identification • Deploying a comprehensive portable Point of Sale (POS) system • Providing radios and seller aprons • Ensuring smooth ingress and egress of event attendees • Providing signage and cones for efficient traffic management • Submitting a detailed report outlining sales after each event The contract term will be for an initial one year, with the option to renew for up to a total of five years. The estimated expenditure for the contract is approximately $250,000.
