Event Setup Services for UW Office of Ceremonies

The University of Washington’s Office of Ceremonies is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive transportation, set‑up, and removal services for university‑owned staging, décor, and related event elements for its major ceremonies (Commencement and Freshman Convocation). The contractor must pick up equipment from the UW Sandpoint Storage Facility, deliver to Husky Stadium and Hec Edmundson Pavilion, assemble according to detailed specifications, attend coordination meetings, and return all assets after each event.
