Description
Arizona’s Department of Administration is seeking one or more contractors to provide statewide repair, replacement, and preventive‑maintenance services for all doors and gates owned or operated by state agencies, universities, commissions, boards, and cooperative buyers. The work covers a broad range of door and gate systems—including operable doors, automatic openers, security overhead doors, sliding doors, rolling garage curtains, barrier arms, restroom and handicap doors, and associated electronic/mechanical components—as well as the labor, materials, transportation, and equipment needed to diagnose, repair, replace, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance. Offers must be submitted electronically through the Arizona Procurement Portal, include a detailed pricing schedule (hourly labor rates, drive‑time rates, and material cost placeholders), and be firm for 180 days after the submission deadline. The contract is initially for 12 months with the possibility of month‑to‑month extensions up to a total of five years, and the State may award multiple contracts or line‑item awards at its discretion.
• Scope includes emergency, urgent, routine, and preventive‑maintenance service calls with strict response‑time windows (e.g., 1 hour for emergency repairs).
• Contractors must provide proof of extensive insurance (CGL $2 M aggregate, Auto $1 M CSL, Workers’ Comp, Professional Liability $2 M) and comply with extensive data‑security, privacy, and AI‑use restrictions.
• Pricing is firm‑fixed with a best‑price guarantee; any lower external pricing discovered later must be passed on to the State.
• No budget ceiling is disclosed; pricing must be entered in the provided Excel “Pricing Document” and submitted via the APP.
