N--NCMD DISPATCH SECURITY SYSTEM

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide a dispatch security system. The system should include cameras and a recorder, and must meet certain requirements such as 30 days of retention, 5MP resolution, and 24fps frame rate. The contractor must also provide a RAID5 storage scheme with a total of 16TB of storage on board. The system should be 889 compliant and have no monthly licensing fees. The contractor will be responsible for installing the system, including wiring between the warehouse and dispatch building. • The system must be capable of motion-based recording • The system must be able to provide a 360-degree view • The contractor must use existing conduit for wiring installation • Hardwiring is a firm requirement • The manufacturer must be 889 compliant and have no monthly licensing fees
