Insurance and Brokerage Services

The Commonwealth is seeking an experienced contractor to provide diverse and complex insurance brokerage and consultant services related to the Commonwealth’s Excess Property, Terrorism, Equipment Breakdown, and Other Property and Casualty Coverage. The services are required for the Commonwealth's varied insurance program managed by the Department of General Services, Bureau of Finance and Risk Management. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing insurance brokerage services. • Offering consultant services for various insurance coverages. • Managing and potentially renewing contracts over a period of up to 10 years (5 years initial + 5 one-year renewals). • The work is primarily related to insurance and risk management.
