Informal Request for Proposal 726DVR7522 - Vending Machine Service, Anchorage, Eagle River, Palmer and Wasilla

The Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Business Enterprise Program, is seeking contractors to provide full-service vending machine services in buildings owned, leased, or occupied by the state or federal government, or other properties as determined by the BEP. The contractor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing vending machines, as well as providing customer service and submitting monthly financial reports. The contract term will be approximately 365 days, with four one-year renewal options. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing vending machine services and must meet other minimum requirements outlined in the IRFP. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing full-service vending machine services • Installing, maintaining, and repairing vending machines • Providing customer service • Submitting monthly financial reports • Meeting minimum requirements for experience and qualifications • Complying with the terms and conditions of the IRFP and the State Procurement Code.
