The State of Alaska Department of Public Safety is seeking a qualified lessor to provide approximately 10,000 sq ft of HVAC‑controlled warehouse space in Anchorage for its supply operations. The lease will commence no later than January 1 2027, with an initial five‑year term and up to five one‑year renewal options. The space must include four exterior vehicle parking spaces, a bathroom, power outlets, and accommodate freight shipments. The lessor is responsible for delivering the space ready for occupancy, maintaining the premises, and complying with all applicable codes and insurance requirements. Monthly lease payments are due on the first of each month, with annual adjustments tied to the CPI.
