Description
The Department of Corrections is seeking a qualified vendor to enter into a term contract for refuse rental and disposal services at Probation & Parole District #22 in Martinsville, VA. The scope includes providing one 4‑yard dumpster, routine cleaning and disinfecting of the dumpster and pad, weekly refuse pick‑up and disposal, and on‑call emergency pick‑up when requested. The contract will cover routine weekly service and additional emergency services as needed.
• Provide a 4‑yard refuse dumpster and associated pad.
• Perform monthly cleaning/disinfection of dumpster and pad.
• Conduct weekly refuse collection (Monday‑Friday) and disposal.
• Offer emergency pick‑up/disposal on request.
• Maintain compliance with local waste disposal regulations.
